General Terms of Use

Introduction

The website accessible at https://rodz.io (hereinafter the "Site") is published by Coolsailing, a Société à Responsabilité Limitée (SARL) with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Nantes Trade and Companies Register under number B 894 750 751, with its registered office at 121 rue de Coulmiers, 44000 Nantes, France, and reachable at hello@rodz.io.

The publication director of the Site is Peter Cools.

Purpose

Rodz.io (hereinafter "Rodz.io") provides its users (hereinafter "Users") with an intent signal detection and exploitation service to identify commercial opportunities in real time.

Data is collected, cleaned, normalized, and enriched before being delivered to Users in one of the following forms:

  • A shared Google Sheet, updated in real time.
  • Webhook transmission.
  • Integration with the client's HubSpot CRM.
  • Integration with Lemlist for automated outreach.

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") define the conditions of access and use of the Services, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

They are accessible and printable at any time via a direct link at the bottom of the Site.

Access to Services

Rodz.io Services are intended exclusively for professionals in the course of their business.

Access to Services is reserved for:

  • Any natural person with the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • Any legal entity acting through a legal representative or duly authorized agent.

Acceptance of GTU

Acceptance of these GTU is automatically validated upon purchasing a credit pack on the Stripe platform.

This acceptance is full and complete. Any unilateral modification of the GTU by the User will be considered null and void.

Any User who refuses the GTU must not use the Services.

Description of Services

Rodz.io detects and collects intent signals to identify companies entering a favorable outreach context.

Data delivered by Rodz.io includes:

  • Identification of companies matching defined criteria.
  • Contact information for identified decision-makers.
  • Data enrichment (company size, industry, relevant events, etc.).

Services are delivered via Google Sheet, Webhook, HubSpot integration, or Lemlist, and do not include access to a dedicated platform.

As part of a service engagement, Rodz.io may offer direct data integration into the client's CRM.

Credit Packs and Intent Signal Configuration

The Services operate on a credit pack system. The User purchases a credit pack to consume Services as needed. Each processed intent signal consumes a defined number of credits based on its configuration and enrichment level.

Any identified intent signal is automatically processed by Rodz.io, then delivered after enrichment and validation, subject to available credits.

Financial Terms

Pricing

Credit pack prices are indicated on the Site and on the platform. The cost per signal varies based on the complexity of the intent signal and the level of data enrichment.

Billing and Payment

  • Payment via Stripe: each credit pack is paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card (CB), SEPA direct debit.
  • An invoice is sent by email after each payment.

Late Payment

Any late payment automatically entails, without prior notice:

  • Immediate exigibility of all amounts due.
  • Suspension of Services until full payment.
  • Late payment penalties at three times the legal rate, plus a fixed indemnity of 40 euros for recovery costs.

Duration and Use of Credits

Credit packs are commitment-free. Purchased credits remain available with no expiration date, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Purchased credits are non-refundable.

Rodz.io reserves the right to suspend access to the Services in case of non-compliance with the GTU.

User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Comply with applicable regulations and third-party rights.
  • Use Services exclusively for professional purposes.
  • Not share, resell, or distribute data obtained via Rodz.io to third parties without authorization.
  • Not attempt to extract or copy data by unauthorized means.

Personal Data

Rodz.io applies a strict data protection policy, detailed in its Privacy Policy, accessible on the Site.

Users are encouraged to review it to understand the use and protection of their personal data.

Liability and Warranty

Rodz.io uses all reasonable means to ensure the reliability and quality of the Services, but does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of data or their suitability for a specific use.

Rodz.io cannot be held liable for:

  • Any temporary unavailability of the Services.
  • Any error or omission in the intent signals provided.
  • Any decision made by the User based on the delivered data.

Intellectual Property

All content, technologies, and data operated by Rodz.io are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use is strictly prohibited.

Modification of GTU

Rodz.io reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time.

The User will be notified at least one month before the modifications take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the new GTU.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTU are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, the courts of Nantes shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
