The best intent data providers for European B2B teams

Event-based intent, topic intent, website visitors: 9 providers compared on their source of intent, European coverage, GDPR and public prices.

Updated by Peter Cools

The short answer

For European B2B teams, choose intent data by type first. For event-based intent (funding, hiring, job changes, competitor engagement) delivered with the contact, Rodz covers 46 signal types and hosts its data in Europe. For topic intent, Bombora, also available through Cognism. For website visitors, Leadfeeder, Leadinfo or GetQuanty. The US platforms (6sense, Demandbase) target large ABM programmes.

Key facts

  • Intent data has three sources: public events at the company, content consumption across a network of sites, and visits to your own website.
  • Bombora cites 16B+ monthly events and 25,300+ intent topics, without detailed European country coverage on its product pages.
  • Three tools in this list are European and say so: Leadfeeder (built and hosted in the EU), Cognism (EMEA first), GetQuanty (French vendor, European hosting). Rodz also hosts its data in Europe.
  • Public prices checked on October 12, 2026: Leadfeeder Activate (with intent) from €369/month billed annually, Leadinfo from €69/month; Bombora, 6sense, Demandbase and Cognism on quote.
  • In Europe, person-level identification of website visitors is more tightly regulated than company-level signals: check your legal basis.

How we compared

Rodz publishes this page and is part of the list. We did not build a single ranking: a topic-intent tool and a visitor tool answer different questions. Tools are grouped by family, and each card says where the tool stops.

Our criteria: the source of intent, the European coverage the vendor states, price transparency and delivery into your tools. Facts come from the vendors' public pages, read on October 12, 2026.

The three sources of intent data

1. Event-based intent. A dated, public fact at the company: a funding round, a job posting, a new executive, a connection with a competitor's rep. It is the easiest intent to act on in outbound, because it gives you a reason to write to a specific person. This is what Rodz does.

2. Topic intent. An account reading more about a subject, measured across a network of publisher sites (Bombora's co-op) or review sites (G2 Buyer Intent). Useful to prioritise accounts and target ads. The signal is account-level, without the person reading.

3. First-party intent. Companies visiting your own website, identified from their IP address (Leadfeeder, Leadinfo, GetQuanty). A strong signal, but limited to accounts that already know you.

For European markets, one question to ask any topic-intent vendor: what share of its site network publishes in your buyers' languages? None of the US platforms in this list publishes that detail. Event-based signals, on the other hand, rely on public facts in each country. To go further: intent signals vs intent data.

Intent data and GDPR: what changes in Europe

  • Company signals (a round, a hire, a public contract) concern legal entities and public facts.
  • Once a contact is delivered, B2B outreach generally relies on legitimate interest: inform the person and honour their right to object.
  • Visitor identification at company level uses the IP address; person-level identification is far more constrained by the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules.
  • Hosting matters to your legal team: Rodz, Leadfeeder and GetQuanty host their data in Europe.

These points are general and do not replace your DPO's advice. Our detailed article: GDPR and intent signals.

Which tool for which job

  • You run outbound and want leads to contact this week: event-based intent (Rodz), pushed into your CRM or lemlist sequence.
  • You run an ABM programme with ads: topic intent (Bombora, or 6sense and Demandbase for a full platform).
  • You have traffic and want to know who visits: website visitors (Leadfeeder, Leadinfo, GetQuanty).
  • You sell well-rated software on G2: G2 Buyer Intent.

These families combine: an account reading about your topic that just hired a new sales director is a higher priority than either signal alone.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the type of intent. For event-based intent (funding, hiring, job changes, competitor engagement) delivered with the contact, Rodz, which covers 46 signal types and hosts its data in Europe. For topic intent, Bombora, also available through Cognism. For website visitors, Leadfeeder, Leadinfo or GetQuanty.
Intent data is evidence that a company is looking for a solution: public events (a round, a hire, a leadership change), a rise in reading on a topic, or visits to your website. It helps you contact the right accounts at the right time.
Company signals concern legal entities and public facts. When a contact is delivered, B2B outreach generally relies on legitimate interest, with information and a right to object. Person-level identification of website visitors is more tightly regulated. Have your legal basis validated by your DPO.
Public prices checked in October 2026 range from €69/month (Leadinfo Starter) to €369/month for Leadfeeder's plan with intent, billed annually. Bombora, 6sense, Demandbase and Cognism are on quote. Rodz has no subscription: 0.5 to 12 credits per delivered lead, with credits from €0.10 down to €0.05 by volume.
Bombora does not publish country-level European coverage on its product pages. If your market is in continental Europe, ask for examples of topics in your buyers’ language before signing, and add event-based signals.
